The Chuckee is so interactive with the kids. The kids faces and fun was amazing to watch. I'm so happy I visited tgis Chuckee Cheese. We had a blast. Very clean as well.

Visited here on Saturday for my nieces 3rd birthday party and everything was wonderful up until I had taken my children to them counter to cash in their tickets off of their cards and a young by the name Cabby was extremely rude walked passed us several times and refused to acknowledge us at the counter and when I asked for a manager I was told he was in the back busy in the kitchen but it could have been a female manager but at this point I was already upset by the young lady Cabby bad customer service and then thr young that went to go grab me a manager also advised me that she could grab another manager and behold it was Cabby and she walked over as if she was already aggravated and I just asked her and told her I'll just reach out to corporate but her face expression let's me know she didn't care so parents visiting in the future please be aware of Cabby. As mentioned earlier other than that we had a wonderful time.

Gabbi is awesome. She multitask very well when needed she’s there even when she’s super busy she has a great attitude and the other staff are very nice too, but please order smaller socks for the kids is becoming an issue as far as socks coming off your feet and wanting to go in the trampoline park and not allowed to without socks that’s the only conflict that I have other than that we’re good. I love it there, but please get some damn socks. For our babies

Everytime we go to this specific location we always have the best time ever. Jasmine one of the employees there is so amazing, by far one of my favorite people there, who actually LOVES CHILDREN which I love because some of the people during the mornings don’t really seem to want to want to be there, that’s why we tend to go at night, I feel like they truly love being around the kids. Food is always spot on and amazing we have the monthly pass so paying $20 for food and drinks is always a win, and most of the time we get a free dessert from the coupons. Children always have so much fun. And so do we 😂😂 we indulge a little too and play games

In comparison to the CEC in Tallahassee, this was amazing. I love their trampoline/play area. There were lots of fun games and a large number of booths/tables. The cheesy bread was great. The staff were helpful when needed. I've never gone this 'late' (7pm), but it was relatively empty, which was a plus.
